As one of my lovely clients, you have access to technical support from yours truly for the first 60 days post-launch. Let me help you get your website back on track.

What does technical support include?

Technical support is focused on keeping your site running smoothly, and getting it back up ASAP if things go wrong. It generally doesn't cover additional design work, or creating new content for your website.

Inclusions ✅

  • User Support
  • You will have received a recorded video via email detailing how to do key tasks for your site such as adding a page, changing colours, etc. and written resources.
  • If you are having other difficulties outside of those topics, you can reach out and I'll provide guidance.
  • Web hosting or domain issues
  • This can include any errors or funny business that isn't related to your site builder (i.e. Squarespace, WordPress, etc.). A common occurrence is going to your URL and an error appears.
  • Security updates and site backups
  • This is mostly relevant for WordPress sites as other builders have this functionality built-in and automated.

How can I get support?

Getting support is as easy as 1-2-3!

  1. Email, SMS, or call me 📞
  2. Getting in touch is the first step. In the subject line, please mention that it is a support request. Feel free to use '⚠️ Shannon, I need support! ⚠️'.  If it is urgent, please call!
  3. Please try to be specific about what has happened, and provide screenshots or recordings if possible and relevant.
  1. Expect swift communication from me
  2. You will receive a response from me indicating that I have received your request.
  3. If required I will contact you if I require any further information or access from you. In most cases, I will be able to resolve any issues within 24 hours.
  1. You will receive updates and a final message once the issue has been solved
  2. If applicable I will also mention what the cause was, and if there is anything that can be done to prevent it in the future.

I've got you covered. You can extend your technical support from $65 per month (discounts available for quarterly and annual plans) to cover more time.

I also offer design retainer packages built for those continual design and content updates.
