What is involved?

Book your Snapshot

Once you check out your Accessibility Snapshot, you're in! You'll immediately receive a short form where you're invited to share your details, and if there are any specific areas of concern.

Step 2

Fill out your questionnaire

You'll receive a short form with questions that will ensure I have all the information about your business and any existing concerns. That way I'll have what I need to get started.

Don't worry, you'll never be asked for login information!

Step 3

Receive your Accessibility Snapshot

Within 7 days, you'll receive your Accessibility Snapshot. At a glance you'll be able to see areas of concern, and know exactly what to prioritise, all in plain language and with reasoning so you're not left guessing about anything.

You'll get:

  • A personalised Accessibility Snapshot (PDF). This is an accessible PDF with your scores across clarity, navigation, visual design, technical setup, and overall. It will include specific notes and actions that are the most effective, and why they're effective.
  • A 10–15 minute Loom video walkthrough. I talk you through the report, and give additional information of what’s working well and what to focus on next.
  • A link for a follow up call. Once you've had time to digest everything, you can book in a time to chat through the Snapshot, or discuss what the next steps are.

If you’re ready to go deeper later, the Accessibility Audit builds on what you’ve learned here with detailed testing, analysis, and a full implementation plan.

How long does it take?

Once you’ve submitted your form, your Access Scorecard and Loom walkthrough will be delivered within seven business days.

If you’d like to chat about the results or plan your next steps, you can book an optional follow-up call once you’ve reviewed everything.

What’s the process?

You'll receive:

When should I book a full Accessibility Audit instead?

The Accessibility Snapshot is best if you’re taking your first step into accessibility or want a clear sense of where you stand.

If you already know accessibility is a priority, or your site is complex (for example, with forms, portals, or e-commerce), the Full Accessibility Audit gives a deeper, more technical review.

It includes WCAG compliance checks, multi-device testing, and a full implementation plan to help your team make lasting improvements.

What kind of websites is this for?

The Snapshot works for almost any small to medium website, including service-based businesses, studios, and organisations.

For larger businesses, a Full Accessibility Audit may be a better fit that will go into more detail.

Do I need any technical knowledge?

Not at all. Everything is explained in plain language with examples, so you’ll know exactly what to look for and what to do next.

Can I upgrade to a full audit later?
